Facilities
DEMO makes extensive use of the CS deparment's two supercomputers:
a Silicon Graphics 16-processor Onyx and a 4096-processor Maspar MP-2. We also use, and are
adjacent to, the department's fully-equipped machine and electronics shop.
DEMO has four SGI workstations, five Pentium Linux boxes, two Power Macintosh machines, a
Stratasys 3D printer, an HP E-size color inkjet plotter, a laser printer, a refrigerator,
microwave, toaster oven, and lots of robotic toys. Our dedicated webserver is a Sun
Sparcstation 10-30, which has run continuously since 1994. (We are looking for a sponsor
for a new webserver!!)
Here's how to find us.
